Where is your store located?

We are an online store. Currently, we don't have a physical store. 

How do I set up an account?

Account setup at Swodeshi is super easy. 

You can simply log in using your Google or Facebook account  or sign up using your email address 


Go to https://swodeshi.com/my-account/ or go to swodeshi.com and click on My Account

 To sign up using an email address, 

  1. Click the Signup button and enter your email id.
  2. The username and Password will be sent to your email.
  3. Go to log in and enter your username and password.
How do I place an order?
  1. Log in to swodeshi.com with your Swodeshi account.
  2. Search for the product you would like to purchase.
  3. Add the product to the cart and search for more products of your choice and add them too to the cart. Add the quantity of the product.
  4. You can remove the item(s) in your card by clicking on “x” just beside the name of the item on the “ Shopping Cart” page.
  5. Click on “ Proceed to Check Out”, once you are sure of the item(s) listed on the page.
  6. Add shipping details in case the shipping address is different than the billing address. The Billing Address is auto-generated based on your profile.
  7. Select the preferred mode of payment and click on “Proceed to Payment” to confirm the order.
  8. Provide detail of your preferred payment mode and submit the order.
What is the payment method?

Swodeshi accepts eSewa and Khalti as a mode of payment. We also accept cash on delivery.

Can I cancel my order ?

Once order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled but can be edited. We allow 2 hours of time after placing order to make changes in your order.

How Do I edit my Order ?

We understand mistakes might happen while placing orders . Hence, we allow 2 hours of time after placing order to make changes in your order. Email us at [email protected] for cancellation process.

How do I track my Order?

Go to My Account in swodeshi.com and select the order to get the details about your orders

Can I sell my product from Swodeshi ?

You are always welcome if you manufacture, sell or trade Made in Nepal products. All you need to do is, fill up this Seller form. 

We will get back to you after we receive your form.

Can I order product not available in store ?

Yes, you can fill up the Request a Product form along with the product image and its details, if the product is not available in our store. 

We will try our best to deliver the product you requested.
