Account setup at Swodeshi is super easy.
You can simply log in using your Google or Facebook account or sign up using your email address
Procedure:
Go to https://swodeshi.com/my-account/ or go to swodeshi.com and click on My Account
To sign up using an email address,
- Click the Signup button and enter your email id.
- The username and Password will be sent to your email.
- Go to log in and enter your username and password.
- Log in to swodeshi.com with your Swodeshi account.
- Search for the product you would like to purchase.
- Add the product to the cart and search for more products of your choice and add them too to the cart. Add the quantity of the product.
- You can remove the item(s) in your card by clicking on “x” just beside the name of the item on the “ Shopping Cart” page.
- Click on “ Proceed to Check Out”, once you are sure of the item(s) listed on the page.
- Add shipping details in case the shipping address is different than the billing address. The Billing Address is auto-generated based on your profile.
- Select the preferred mode of payment and click on “Proceed to Payment” to confirm the order.
- Provide detail of your preferred payment mode and submit the order.

Swodeshi accepts eSewa and Khalti as a mode of payment. We also accept cash on delivery.
Once order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled but can be edited. We allow 2 hours of time after placing order to make changes in your order.
Due to logistical constraints and to ensure efficient order processing, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option at this time.
The actual weight of the product may differ from the shipping weight due to packaging materials and shipping companies' methods of calculating weight (either by weight or volume). Shipping companies charge based on whichever is higher.
Yes, all our products are made in Nepal. However, there are a few products that hold cultural significance but are not manufactured in Nepal. We offer these products as well, although the number is limited. We do not import them ourselves; they are sourced from trusted suppliers.
Shipping rates for international orders are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Yes, customers are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Yes, we offer international shipping, and we can deliver products ordered from abroad to addresses in Nepal as well.
