Cash on Delivery is available across all of Nepal. Payment must be made at the time of delivery.

 International Delivery

We ship to most countries around the world. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your destination country — the exact amount will be shown clearly during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. No surprises!

Important Notes for International Orders

• Bank & Card Fees: International bank and card transaction fees may apply depending on your payment provider. These fees are charged by your bank and are not within Swodeshi’s control.
• Customs & Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
• No Returns on International Orders: Due to the nature of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns on international orders. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at care@swodeshi.com, and we will do our best to make it right.
• For Customers from India: As per regulations, Indian customers are required to provide a copy of their Aadhaar Card at the time of placing an international order. Please have this ready when completing your purchase.

Delivery Delays

We always aim to deliver within the timeframes mentioned above. However, there are times when things may be outside our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or customs clearance for international orders.

If we are unable to deliver your order on time for any reason, we will proactively notify you.
