If you need to return or exchange your order for covered reasons, we are here to help! We offer returns or exchanges on all eligible items if reported within 2 days of the package received. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method as long as they are in the same condition as when you received it. 

 Process for Return and Exchange

  1. To start return or exchange, at first please send us an email at [email protected]
  2. Our team will contact you for the further process of verification. 
    • You will have to submit the original invoice provided to you while purchasing for eligibility to return purchased goods.
    • Swodeshi team will provide you a “No Damage Verification” form during delivery of the ordered product which you as a receiver need to sign.
    • Swodeshi team will further verify the goods and the reported issue and proceed for its return as applicable. Further verification by the merchant might also be required as a process of validation of the delivered product. The process of validation and return will be done in 14 days.
    • Once the process completes, your payment will be returned in case of return. If you want to exchange the product, we will exchange the product. 

Eligibility Criteria 

Eligibility of returning once purchased item(s) will depend on the nature of the item(s). Since our major focus is on customer satisfaction and an effortless approach, we have a simple and streamlined return policy, whenever applicable.

Once purchased goods can be returned in the following cases only:

  1. If the product is wrong in terms of color, size, or style then mentioned it in your order.
  2. If the product with manufacturing defect is delivered.
  3. If the product has physical damage or broken seal or packaging has tampered.
